Construction Art School now has 6 majors, namely, Architectural Design, Urban and Rural Planning, Interior Art Design, Digital Media Art Design, Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology, and Landscape Engineering Technology, and 1 professional direction, Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology (Architectural Curtain Wall Direction). There are currently 1,930 students in school.

Architectural design is a characteristic specialty of Zhejiang Provincial Colleges and Universities “13th Five-Year Plan” and a specialty of Zhejiang Provincial Characteristics; Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology is a specialty of central financial support for higher vocational colleges to enhance professional service capacity project focusing on the construction of the specialty, a characteristic specialty of Zhejiang Provincial Colleges and Universities “13th Five-Year Plan” and a specialty of Zhejiang Provincial Characteristics. The Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology(direction of architectural curtain wall) is the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot unit of the Ministry of Education; Landscape Engineering Technology is the key construction specialty of National Backbone Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities, and a dominant specialty of Zhejiang Provincial Colleges and Universities “13th Five-Year Plan”. At present, there are 5 demonstrative training bases and 70 general training bases.

There are 78 teaching staff, including 2 professors, 17 associate professors and senior engineers, 9 teachers with national registration qualification, 5 teachers with doctoral degree (including studying), 53 people with master's degree (including studying), 90% of the teachers are dual-quality teachers.
