Engineering Management School is the construction unit of High-level Engineering Costing Specialty Group with Chinese Characteristics (Grade A). There are seven majors: Engineering Cost, Construction Economy Information Management, Construction Economy Information Management (Construction Accounting and Auditing), Real Estate Operation and Management (Digital Intelligence Operation and Maintenance), Real Estate Intelligent Inspection and Valuation, Construction Engineering Supervision, and Construction Engineering Management. Among them, the major of Engineering Cost ranks first in 631 similar institutions nationwide, the major of Real Estate Operation and Management ranks first in 94 similar institutions nationwide, and the major of Construction Economy Information Management ranks first in 40 similar institutions nationwide. It has jointly launched the undergraduate Engineering Cost major with Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power and has won the honorary titles of “Party Building and Double Creation Benchmarking Department and Model Branch in Zhejiang Province”, Pioneer Worker in Zhejiang Province”.

There are 115 teachers in the school, more than 40% of the full-time teachers have senior titles, more than 90% of the full-time teachers have master's degree, more than 65% of the full-time teachers have national registered licensing qualifications, and the proportion of teachers with dual-quality is 100%; 1 national vocational school master (master craftsman and master principal) cultivation object in the new era, 2 provincial teaching masters, 2 excellent teachers of Zhejiang Province, 2 excellent counselors of Zhejiang Province, 3 third-level cultivation objects of Zhejiang Province “151 talents”, and 7 professional leaders of Zhejiang Province higher vocational colleges and universities. The number of students in the school is more than 3,000. The school has two national vocational education teachers' teaching innovation teams of “Building Information Modeling and Application (BIM)” and “Intelligent Construction Technology” and three provincial teachers' teaching innovation teams.

As the first presiding unit, it has completed and upgraded the National Teaching Resource Library Construction Project of Engineering Cost Specialty in Vocational Education, and as the first presiding unit, it is constructing the National Teaching Resource Library Project of Real Estate Operation and Management Specialty. There are 2 national-level high-quality online open courses, 3 provincial-level high-quality courses, 6 provincial-level high-quality online open courses, and 6 provincial-level demonstration courses on ideology and politics.

There are 2 national-level dual-quality teacher training bases and 18 model off-campus training bases.
