Construction Equipment School now has seven majors: Construction Equipment Engineering Technology, Building Intelligence Engineering Technology, Construction Electrical Engineering Technology, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering Technology and Green Low-carbon Technology, Municipal Engineering Technology. Among them, Building Intelligence Engineering Technology is not only a National Backbone Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities Project construction major, provincial characteristics, provincial demonstration major, but also Sino-German cooperation in running schools pilot major, using German education model; Construction Equipment Engineering Technology Major is a major supported by the central government; Construction Electrical Engineering Technology is among the first to set the major in the province; Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Technology major has a long history and is the earliest application-oriented program for construction engineering in the province. Construction Equipment School and a number of domestic industry first-class units jointly established the “1 + X” building intelligence professional integration alliance, which strongly promotes the integration of industry and education, and enhances the influence of the professional group on the industry and enterprises.

The school has a faculty with high teaching level, strong teaching and research ability and rich practical experience. At present, the college has 4 professors, 20 teachers with the title of associate senior and above, with the senior title accounting for 41.3%. There are 3 provincial 151 third-level talents, 2 provincial professional leaders and 6 doctors. Teachers have won 7 national achievement awards and 4 provincial and ministerial awards for participating in competitions.

Students have participated in the National Higher Vocational College Skills Competition on behalf of Zhejiang Province for many times and won good results, winning 15 national awards and 25 provincial awards.
