Zhejiang College of Construction Bates Architectural Engineering Institute is a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution without independent legal personality organized by Zhejiang College of Construction and Bates Technical College of the United States. The institution was approved and agreed to be established by the Zhejiang Provincial Government in April 2022, and contains three majors, namely, Architectural Design, Architectural Electrical Engineering Technology, and Digital Media Art Design, and has now enrolled two grades of students.

The school also cooperates with the Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada for the Construction Engineering Technology(International Construction)program.
